Campus Pipeline Guide

• Campus Pipeline is your easy link to services at Jefferson State  College. Check out these services by accessing the college’s homepage at www.jeffstateonline.com. Your username and password will be sent to you in the mail after your admission is complete.  Your username is  generally the first letter of your first and middle names and your complete last name. Your password is your birthday in the mm/dd/yy format unless you changed it while applying for admission online.  For security reasons,  passwords cannot be discussed over the phone. If you do not know your username, you have changed your password and can’t remember  it, or your pipeline becomes  disabled, email help to have it reset at: help@jeffstateonline.com. Be sure to include your  full name and social security number.  During regular hours your e-mail will be answered within two hours. You may also access student services online from the homepage (see other side)  to access your records.

• WebCT is Jefferson State's system for delivering online education.  It provides online tools that instructors can use to facilitate Internet courses or enhance classroom courses, such as class email, chat, discussion boards, quizzing, etc. You may enter WebCT  only if you are enrolled in an online class. Once you register, your WebCT  will be accessible to you about three days before the class begins.  You will enter WebCT from the Jeff State homepage. On the left side of the page click on Internet courses. Your username will be the first part of your Jeff State e-mail address and your password is your social security number. If you do not know your Jeff State e-mail address please e-mail help at: help@jeffstateonline.com

• Student Services Online is accessible through the Jefferson State home page (www.jeffstateonline.com). Students are advised to access student services online when pipeline is unavailable. Student Services online allows you to review your personal information  such as  phone numbers or  addresses, and student records  such as check your grades, obtain an unofficial transcript, see transfer credit, run a degree audit, pay by credit card, review holds, see IRS form 1098-T information,  etc. To get to student services from the homepage: Click Enrolled Students at the top of the page, click online services, click login to online services enter your social security number, enter your pin number  (which is your birthday in the mm/dd/yy format.) click login.  Please be aware that if you change your pin  number  in student services from the homepage, it will automatically be changed in your pipeline.
