 JEFFERSON CAMPUS  

Map ButtonThe Jefferson Campus is located in the northeast section of Birmingham, approximately 10 miles north of I-20/I-59, just off Highway 79 and Carson Road and one mile west of Center Point. The beautiful, wooded 200 acre campus is located in a suburban area. The college is built on one of the highest elevations in Jefferson County. Almost a million people live in the area served by the college.

 SHELBY-HOOVER CAMPUS  

Map ButtonThe Shelby-Hoover Campus is located in Shelby County on Valleydale Road, opened in January, 1993. This campus serves the needs of students in the south-western part of our service area. Here we offer you an opportunity to complete your general education courses closer to home. Courses which are taught at this site include: business, biology and chemistry, computer and word processing, agriculture, English, social sciences, mathematics, humanities, and speech, art and music appreciation. More than 5,000 students attend classes at this location.

 CHILTON-CLANTON CAMPUS  

Map ButtonThe Chilton-Clanton Campus of Jefferson State Community College is housed in a 30,000-square-foot building offering college courses in English, humanities and fine arts, natural sciences and mathematics, history, social and behavioral sciences, and nursing. As a vital community resource in Chilton County, the Chilton-Clanton Campus features college classrooms, computer and science labs, a Learning Resource Center, and all the facilities required to meet the educational needs of the surrounding area. The campus also has a state-of-the-art Conference & Performing Arts Center.

 ST. CLAIR-PELL CITY CAMPUS  

Map ButtonThe St. Clair-Pell City Campus opened in Fall of 2006 and serves the needs of students in the eastern most part of our service area. Here we offer you an opportunity to complete your general education courses closer to home. Courses which are taught at this site include: business, art and music appreciation, biology and chemistry, computer and word processing, agriculture, English, social sciences, mathematics, humanities, and speech. To date, about 300 students register to attend classes at this location.
