Financial Aid documents can be submitted in the following ways:
- Fax financial aid documents to (205) 856-8090
- Scan and email financial aid documents to email@example.com.
- Submit documents in person at any campus location.
- Mail financial aid documents to: Office of Financial Aid, Jefferson State Community College, 2601 Carson Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35215
Attention: Be sure to put your “Student J Number” at the top of each page you are submitting!
Please note that some financial aid documents may require the student to submit in person or have them notarized before they are mailed. These documents that must be submitted in person or notarized before mailing will be notated on the form if they cannot be e-mailed or faxed.
