Sponsored students are students whose tuition and fees are billed directly to an outside or third party agency. Such agencies include PACT, Vocational Rehabilitation Services, TEACH, churches, high schools, non-profit organizations, etc. All sponsored students must notify the Business Office after registering for classes. Third party sponsored payments will not be applied without authorization from the student. Failure to notify the Business Office of the third party sponsor can result in being dropped for non-payment. Written authorization is also required by the student before any information is released to the third party agency. The student is responsible for amounts not paid by the sponsor.
