Refund Policy/Deadlines

Tuition and Fees are subject to change by the State Board of Education.

Refunds are based on the first official day for the term and are not based on the first class day for individual courses. After the Schedule Adjustment Period ends, students may receive a PARTIAL refund only if they COMPLETELY withdraw from ALL classes in which they are enrolled. Students completely withdrawing from the college must submit a complete withdrawal form to Enrollment Services or one of the off-campus sites; you cannot do a complete withdrawal on the web after the term has begun. Prorated Refund Schedule for Complete Withdrawal from Fall Regular Term, Session I and Session II are as follows. The complete withdrawal from all courses following registration must be done by or before these dates.

Fall Regular Term: August 15, 2014 through December 12, 2014
Through August 14, 2014 100% Refund
Through August 21, 2014 75% Refund
Through August 28, 2014 50% Refund
Through September 4, 2014 25% Refund

Fall Session I: August 15, 2014 through October 7, 2014
Through August 14, 2014 100% Refund
Through August 18, 2014 75% Refund
Through August 22, 2014 50% Refund
Through August 26, 2014 25% Refund

**Schedule Adjustment for regular term and Session I is August 18 through 20, 2014

Fall Session II: October 11, 2014 through December 12, 2014
Through October 10, 2014 100% Refund
Through October 14, 2014 75% Refund
Through October 20, 2014 50% Refund
Through October 22, 2014 25% Refund

**Schedule Adjustment for Fall Session II is October 15, 2014

September 4, 2014 is the last day to completely withdraw from all courses during the regular session with a prorated refund.

Administrative Fee: An administrative fee not to exceed 5% shall be accessed for complete withdrawal.

Refund for partial withdrawal: During schedule adjustment when dropping and adding of individual courses are allowed, students may drop a course and receive a full refund for that course and its related fees only. There will be no refund to a student who partially withdraws after schedule adjustment has ended.
