Student Registration and Payment Instructions

If you have been admitted to Jefferson State and have login information, you may register online using the instructions below.

Registration Steps on myJSCC Student Portal

  • Go to www.jeffersonstate.edu
  • Go to myJSCC
  • Enter User Name and Password and Login
  • Select Online Services
  • Select Student
  • Select Registration
  • Select Lookup Classes
  • Select the correct term and Submit
  • Select Advanced Search (easiest way to search courses by campus)
  • Advanced Search allows you to choose criteria. A suggested option is to select a subject, course number (if available) and campus. Select Section Search.
  • View courses that meet criteria selected.  A course with a C to the left of the course indicates the course is closed.
  • At the left of the course indicates space is available in the course.
  • To register for a course, check the box and select Register.
  • Select New Search to lookup another course.
  • To drop a course, go to Add or Drop Classes. Click on the down arrow beside the course and select Web Drop. Select Submit Changes.

View Your Schedule on myJSCC Student Portal

Check to make sure you are registered for the correct Campus, Days & Times

  • Select Student
  • Select Registration
  • Select Student Detail Schedule or Concise Student Schedule

Pay Tuition & Fees on myJSCC Student Portal

Registration is not complete until tuition & fees have been paid

  • Select Student
  • Select Student Account
  • Select Account Summary
  • Select Credit Card Payment and follow instructions
