Culinary apprentices at Jefferson State’s Culinary and Hospitality Institute will hold a Holiday High Tea and Silent Auction, along with Christmas Carols featuring the Jefferson State Singers, on Saturday, December 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Shelby-Hoover Campus.
“This festive event will definitely get you in the holiday spirit,” said Jefferson State’s Culinary Director Joseph Mitchell. “We invite our community to join us and enjoy delicious food, fellowship, and Christmas carols.”
Tickets are $40 per person and should be purchased by November 28. All proceeds benefit educational endeavors of Jefferson State’s Culinary and Hospitality Institute American Culinary Federation Apprentices.
