Workplace Experiences

Internship Design & Development We can work with you on designing and developing an internship program for positions in
your company.

Job Shadowing
This is a 4-8 hour experience during which students
observe employees at businesses.
Students
are placed in their field of study with a participating business.

JOBBS
The Career Center maintains a computer database (JOBBS) of employment opportunities
available for our students, graduates and community clients. Internships, full-time, part-time and temporary
positions are listed. Employers can fax, mail
or e-mail job listings to the center.

The One Stop Career Center has the on-line capability to facilitate virtual interviews in
addition to scanning resumes. These services
can reduce the cost of recruiting for your business.
Spring
and Fall Job Recruiting Fairs
An opportunity for business and industry to recruit students and graduates of all majors. Companies or businesses locating to the area are invited
to participate. There is minimal charge for these
events. Allied Health Job Fairs are held each year in April for students and graduates in
this field.

We can provide assessment tools to measure employee skills for the workplace. ACT
