Culinary Apprentice Option Associate in Applied Science Degree Requirements  (AAS C062)

Students should apply for graduation the term prior to completion of the Associate in Applied Science Degree Requirements.

  • *A minimum of 60 hours and a minimum GPA of 2.00 is required for a degree from Jefferson State.
  • *A minimum of 17 hours in this program must be completed at JSCC to satisfy the residency requirement.
  • *Grade of C or better required in all major and option courses
