The Jefferson State Women’s Golf Team traveled to the Eagle’s Nest Golf Course at Lake Guntersville and won first place in the Snead State Fall Invitational on October 1-2.
In addition to team honors, Katelyn Wood (kneeling in photo) earned second place in individual honors. During the practice round, Mara Pastores (standing in middle) hit a hole-in-one.
The Jefferson State Women’s Team is off to a hot start for the season. In the first two tournaments, the team has finished in second place and first place.
The team will travel to Athens, Alabama on October 7-9 to compete at Cane Brake Golf Course.
