Following the 5K race, the free EGGstravaganza event at Veterans Park featured a 13,000+ egg hunt for all ages and much more. The egg hunt was separated into age divisions so that everyone could enjoy the fun, from children to seniors—and a furry friends section was designated for canine companions.
Cash and other prizes were offered for the egg hunt thanks to our community partners. Prizes included tickets for free Chick-fil-A, Jimmy John’s, Steel City Pops, Bruster’s Ice Cream, BabaJava Coffee and more food truck tasty treats.
The also included free popcorn, cotton candy and Pepsi products; plus a DJ, inflatables, face painting and glitter tattoos, and photos with the Easter bunny. Thank you for attending and making this a very special event!
