Marketing & promotional materials approval process
All marketing and promotional materials must be reviewed and approved by the College’s Marketing Department prior to distribution or publication. Employees should submit marketing requests on JeffNet and Ellucian, including flyers, graphics, website updates, social media content, and campus announcements. Approval from the JSCC Marketing Department ensures your request is properly reviewed and aligns with college branding standards.
