Application Process

Submit the following to complete your Dual Enrollment application

1. Complete an online application

2. Submit a Signature page (PDF from) listing of requested classes signed by you, your parent/guardian, and your high school counselor (required each term).
NOTE: Use any other browser than Google Chrome to fill out the form, or download Acrobat reader here.

3. Submit an official high school transcript showing your GPA

4. Provide a copy of unexpired identification, such as a driver’s license.

5. Submit ACT or Accuplacer scores if registering for an English and/or math class
