Humphrey Fellow from Madagascar to Visit Jefferson State

Mbolatiana RazakatsaraMbolatiana Razakatsara, a fellow in the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, will visit Jefferson State Community College from March 30 to April 1 as part of the Community College Residency initiative.

Razakatsara, from Madagascar, works in economic development and supports the growth of her country’s digital economy where she currently serves as Manager for Entrepreneurship. Her expertise covers the fields of finance, accounting, and start-up support. Her interests include technology policy, public policy, and government advancement.

Razakatsara will engage with faculty, staff, and students to exchange ideas on entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and global economic development during her visit.

The Humphrey Fellowship Program, funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by the Institute of International Education, brings accomplished professionals from around the world to the United States for leadership development, academic study, and professional collaboration. Through partnerships with community colleges nationwide, the residency program strengthens global understanding while connecting fellows with U.S. campuses to share expertise and build international partnerships.
