This year, we are providing an option to pick up a delicious dinner salad and dessert created by Chef Kenneth Moore at the very low cost of $10. Please use the form below to order your meal(s), pay (see payment information below) and then pick up at either the Jefferson campus in front of FSC or the Shelby-Hoover Campus in front of the Merritt HSB on March 11th, from 4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Although we wish we could provide an online payment, currently, that is not an option with our business department so you may pay for your meal(s) at a cashier window OR mail a check (with the name you ordered your meals in the For line) to:
