Jefferson State Community College is excited to offer an informative and fun learning experience for high school students interested in the field of hospitality and culinary arts. Participants will learn from Chef Professors in Jefferson State’s award-winning Culinary & Hospitality Institute and enjoy hands-on learning activities and field trips around the community.
Students who are admitted into the program, will need to pay a $40 fee, which will cover registration in the Greater Alabama Council Explorer Program and liability insurance.
