Customer Service Graduates Ready to Begin New Careers

Graduates from Jefferson State’s Customer Service Professional Program have completed eight weeks of training and are ready to begin positions with Alabama’s leading companies.

“This program prepared participants for high-demand roles and opened doors to career opportunities with some of the top companies across the state,” said Dean of Workforce Education Leah Bigbee.

“By partnering with industry leaders, we ensure our training is aligned with real-world needs, helping graduates build a strong foundation for rewarding careers,” said Bigbee.

Ten graduates participated in graduation ceremonies on May 22. Graduates include Hope Evans, Ceanora Grant, Jazmine McConico, Jessica McNair, Bryanna Mosley, Detrina Pinkard, Gwendolyn Taylor, Ashlee Tremble, Denisha Witherspoon, and Tracy Works.

The Jefferson State Customer Service program is a partnership with Alabama Power, ALFA, Ask Telecommunications, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Alabama, Protective Life Insurance, and Spire.
