Pioneer Pack Email Notification and Order Verification Process

  • Pioneer Pack notification emails will only be sent to alabama.edu email accounts.  Students must check their alabama.edu email accounts regularly for Pioneer Pack updates (see below for login process).
  • Students with Pioneer Pack questions should contact the bookstore at [email protected]

1:  Open www.jeffersonstate.edu
2:  Select the myJSCC link near the top-right corner
3:  Select “Click here to log into the New Portal”
4:  Enter your alabama.edu credentials
5:  Select the Alabama.edu (Microsoft 365) card link
6:  Select the “Outlook” button in the menu on the left side

  • Students can receive all their course materials before the first day of class
  • Students can save up to 35-50% on the cost of course materials each term
  • Students can benefit from a highly personalized concierge service

  • Order verification start date – December 6, 2024
  • Opt-out start date – December 18, 2024
  • Classes start date (start of regular term) – January 6, 2025
  • Opt-out end date – January 16, 2025

An option to purchase books is to Buy Your Books Online. Each store is owned and operated by Barnes & Noble College.

  • Remember no refund without a sales receipt.

To return rental book(s) to the bookstore, either click here and log in using your Jefferson State Community College information to create/print a return label for shipping, or return the book(s) to the bookstore in-person.
