You're accepted! Now what?

Advising & New Student Orientation

Students are encouraged to attend NSO and schedule an appointment with an academic advisor. This will help be successful at Jefferson State – and beyond! Go to New Student Orientation to sign up.

Placement Test

Students can use high school grades, ACT scores, or the Accuplacer Placement Test for placement in math and English. Placement Testing is free, but we recommend you wait until after you have graduated high school and sent in your transcript. Most recent graduates do not need to take the placement test. For more information, please visit Testing Schedules.
