The Jefferson State Culinary and Hospitality Institute Apprentices invite you to a Holiday High Tea & Silent Auction, Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Tickets are $40 per person and should be purchased by November 25, 2015. All proceeds benefit educational endeavors of the Jefferson State Culinary and Hospitality Institute American Culinary Federation Apprentices.
Those attending will sip premium teas, coffee, and hot chocolate from Birmingham’s own Revelator Coffee Company. The High Tea will feature a savory cup of chicken tomato orzo soup, followed by Caprese quiche with mozzarella, tomatoes, and arugula. Then classic selections of freshly prepared cucumber, egg mayonnaise with cress, smoked salmon with cream cheese, ham and mustard, and coronation chicken, finger sandwiches will also be served. To close out your experience, a sweet treat of fresh warm scones with clotted cream and preserves will be served along with a variety of cakes and pastries. To enhance the holiday festivities, our own Jefferson State Singers will be singing your favorite Christmas carols.
