ADA Awareness Week - October 2019 flyerMore than 55 million Americans have disabilities including some who are famous! Lady Gaga, a singer, songwriter, and actress, has a chronic health condition called Fibromyalgia. Daniel Radcliffe of Harry Potter movie fame has a learning disability called Dyspraxia, and Justin Timberlake, a singer-songwriter has Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Examples of other common disabilities people have, are psychological disabilities such as anxiety and depression, brain injuries, as well as speech, hearing, mobility, and visual impairments.
