Python Programming

In this fast-track course for an introduction to Python Programming, students will be introduced to the basic aspects of problem solving, data representation, algorithm design, and object-oriented design and programming.  Course Objectives/Competencies covered include decision structures, loops, functions, and more.  The Python programming language will be used as the means to implement programs. This course prepares students for problem analysis and solution design. 

 Certification   

 Upon successful completion of the course students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from Jefferson State Community College.   


Registration Information 

Registration can be completed via online, walk-in or postal mail.  

Walk-in registration is accepted during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the following locations:
