National research shows that teacher education and turnover rates affect children’s development, and low wages are often what causes teachers to leave the field of early care and education. This is a project designed to address these areas – education and wages. TEACH is a partnership of the Project, the teacher and the program working together to improve quality through early childhood education and collaboration.
