Jefferson State Speech Team member, Victoria Cruz, was selected as the Warren-Dahlin Fellowship Award winner for her region at the Phi Rho Pi National Speech Tournament in Cleveland Ohio, April 4-12. The Warren-Dahlin Award, also known as the Student Fellowship Award, is given to one outstanding student per region at the national tournament who exhibits the finest qualities of fellowship and teamwork.
