The event is open to not only students but also the general public. To maximize attendance, we will publicize the event through various channels, including news stations, newspapers, and social media outlets. We will also make sure to tag your agency in all our promotional materials.

In preparation for the event, we request that agencies bring signage to set up at their designated table. This will help attendees easily identify agencies and engage with representatives. Agencies are also requested to email a copy of their employment flyer, which will be incorporated into a PowerPoint presentation played during the event.

We are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with your agency and make this job fair a successful and beneficial event for all participants!
